WSJ: Optimal Music for the Gym
I thought this was interesting - the bpm thing has always been a factor for my exercise (I cannot just listen to a "good song" - it has to be 130-145 bpm): http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324883604578396670814453936.html?mod=ITP_personaljournal_0

Anyone brought MFP data to show doctor? If so, how/what?
Hi - I have my annual physical in a few weeks, and I wanted to get some advice from my doctor about my weight loss bouncing up and down the same ~5lbs for the last few months despite having an average 500 calorie deficit. From that weigh-in until today, I have lost 13lb, but gained back 10 week to week. That's a net 3lb loss for 10 WEEKS of diet and exercise. I don't consider myself in a…

Runners - how do I stop the, er, runs?
I have been working out in the morning for 6+ months now, and I started out walking, and sometimes at the end of my walks I'd have to rush to the bathroom. Well, I've stepped up my workouts to include some jogging and HIIT, and now 99% of the time I have to take a bathroom break in the middle of my workout. How can you…
