Have got stuck in a rut and have been battling with the last 1/4 of excess weight. Just yo-young and need someone to keep me on track. Would love to be of some support too!
Every time I nearly get to my goal weight I seem to autimatically self-sabotage gaining 3-4 kilos and feeling like I will never get to my goal. Am feeling very despondent and down and it's affecting my being with other people. Please help x
Lost over 30 kilos doing simply 30mins pilates a day so decided to up the anti by cycling an hour a day on a stationary bike (around 17kph). however I now feel I have a huge yummy and have gone flabby. Whay combination would give me the best routine? Am lodimg hope x)
If I want to reshape and tone what would my best option be...pilates or stationary bike? Should I always calculate and add to my daily intake calories consumed by doing exercise? thanks guys -have no idea what options would be best
