Help staying motivated
I am 5'2 weigh 159 and I'm looking to lose about 30 #. Been try to eat healthy and ease into exercise. With my personally I go hard or go home and then I just quit. I some helpful hint on making past a couple of weeks with out quitting?

Day by Day
I have been unsuccessfully trying to lose weight for forever now. When I lose a couple pounds I manage to self sabotage and gain them right back. I have managed to change my eating habits for now. Just need to keep on the healthy path. My personally is very much go at it hard. Than just stop.

I don't understand when I work so hard to lose weight but then turn around and sabotage everything I've worked so hard for.

Trying to figure out why I self sabotage everytime I get close to my goal weight. I am with in 10 # of my goal weight and I start to totally going back to all my bad habits. Frustrated for not seeing the scale go down.
I have been doing Turbo Fire 6 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I have totally change my eating habits yet I have not lost a single pound. Now I'm starting to run again. Why are the pound not flying off?? I'm 5" 2 cw 141 gw 125. What else can I do to get it moving??

Eating all the exercise calories.
I guess I don't understand if we are excising to lose the calories why do we get them back?? I just read that you are supposed to burn off everyone. Just a question that is making me scratch my head....:smile:

Just taking it day by day!!
I am a work in progress. I have tried losing weight but I always give up for one reason or another. I need help staying on track. I started Turbo Fire about a week and 1/2 ago. Also trying to change my eating habits. I guess I just need encouragement .
