If you put in that you are doing Turbo Fire, MFP will fix it for you. I do Turbo Fire now so it is just a matter of putting it in the computer. Depending on what you do for the day it can range from 150 cal to 300cal.

I have been doing Turbo Fire for 8 weeks now. I love it, it makes you work. I am just starting to make it thru the full set with the extra energy that is need to lose weight. I have seen inches but I must be building muscle cuz I have not seen the pounds fall off.

I have been doing Turbo Fire for about 7 weeks now. it is fun but can be a little fast at times. If you can stick with her program it does get easier. I love it!!

I do feel a hole lot better about my self. I love exercising!! I guess we all expect a big change as soon as we start moving are butts LOL...

It is great that you decided to come back to MFP. I understand the problem of gaining and losing. I lost 15 pounds a year ago. and manage to put it all back on +. All the close I were now are getting tight. I am very mad at my self for all ways giving up and giving in.
