I am 5'2 weigh 159 and I'm looking to lose about 30 #. Been try to eat healthy and ease into exercise. With my personally I go hard or go home and then I just quit. I some helpful hint on making past a couple of weeks with out quitting?

Eating the right foods keep you full all day an as long as you are in a deficit you don't even hv to work out! But will speed up things given that you don't take in the calories you burn off0

Hi! I have the same problem that I am trying to tackle. I do really well for a little while, and just quit. It doesn't seem to balance out anymore with the weight slowly creeping up. I have decided to literally focus on my goal one day at a time. Thinking about the 6 months that I am taking to reach my goal is too much.0
