Can you have too much protein in a day? I'm doing well at keeping the other numbers near my goals, but always go over on the protein.

Just a quick hello to everyone. I've been here for a couple of weeks and doing okay. Not losing as fast as I want, but I am losing. The infomation here is great. A lot of support and ideas. Thanks to everyone for your help.
