I think the scale is broke :grumble: I've been back for 4 weeks now. Week one GREAT- 3 LBS :bigsmile: Week 2 - 2 LBS - :drinker: I'm cruzin now. Week 3 - 0 LBS, no big deal kinda of expected that. Week 4 - 0 LBS :noway: I've been working out 5 - 6 time a week, eating almost all of my calories (no sweets or beer)- including exercise and nothing. Sometimes this really sucks!!

Well, just have to keep going, stay focused and call Bob in maintenance (he needs to bring the hammer :laugh: )
