Does Zumba actually work?
I was trying zumba the other day (the DVDs not the Classes) and i know its a good cardio work out but does it actually target the areas it promises it targets? Any noticed any changes?

Hey guys:) Well I've gone and injuried my knees at my RPM class and have been out of action for 3 weeks as my knees are still start to hurt if i walk around for a long period of time. Pilates dvds?
Hey guys:) I do cardio 3 times week most weeks and am really wanting to tone my legs and my (soon to be existant and awesome) abdominal region:P My gym offers only one class a week at a time i'm at uni so i unfortunately cant go to that, so i was wondering if anyone here has used any pilates dvd that has worked on them? :)
