Body fat caculated at 27.7
I did one of those body fat caculations and my body fat came to 27.7- is this too high? I am 5'3" currently 133.5. I was wondering if this is in the normal range, and if not what is a acceptable range for BF?

1.5 Weight gain why???
I joined MFP last Monday. Yesterday the scale showed 133.5 and now today it shows 135. I am wondering if this is normal.
