Hi I am a 43 year old female. I am 5'3". My whole life I have been 105 to 115 pounds size 2-4. Three years ago I had a full hysterectomy and afterwards started to gain weight. For the last six months I have been a stay at home mom and have been eating everything under the sun (almost like I did when I was pregnant). I have now reached my highest weight ever in my life. 137.5. I have quite the large collection of clothes that I can no longer wear-I just refuse to go buy larger sizes. I am very small framed. To compound matters I have a walking disability, so all this extra weight is making it very hard for me to be mobile. I also was newly diagnosed with osteoperosis and arthritis. Come hell or high water I have to pull these extra pounds off. I am hoping that I find friends here and get the support I need to do this. P.S. My profile pic is at my normal weight before my hysterectomy. I will post a current pic as soon as I take one.
