Adding circuit training to exercise log?
So I enjoy doing the Jackie Warner Power Circuit Training (40 minutes), but am not sure how to add it on my exercise log; or do I even need to worry about adding back in those burnt calories. On the go meals
Anyone have any good ideas for portable meals that do not require refridgeration? I am getting tired of meal bars and nuts! Oh, and preferable on the cheaper side, poor post-grad over here!

Is the MFP calorie suggestion correct? They gave me 1320ish to work with, and I am so freaking hungry. And yes, I eat things like cottage cheese and peanut butter, love my protein!
