How about eating full fat (or anything beside weight watchers) cheese and real peanut butter (instead of PB2)? That would help. And dang girl, what workout are you doing that burns 1000+ calories. And if you really find it hard to eat your calories, drink them, ensure/muscle milk/milkshakes ;)

I couldn't do 1200, I couldn't even do the original 1320 MFP set me at. lol I eat around 1500 or more, and am losing. Some days I don't even track (usually weekends and celebrations), and it works out fine. If you feel that you are starving at the end of the day, then increase your calories.

I can't do the whole thing with 8lb weight yet :( hopefully soon. I just rounded it up to 200 calories, I'm going to try and use a HRM thought and make sure.

Thanks! I have tried larabars and while they are quite good, they do not fill me up at all...but the Kind bars sound like they would be more filling with the nuts.

I went up last week, but it was totally expected with my sister getting married and all the wedding planning/cooking/ and bachelorette party! I fully expect most of it is water weight and will be back to 139 by next week, so no biggie.

5'9ish...goal weight 130-135; whenever I drop below 130 people start talking because I look very gaunt and frail.

hmmm....well, maybe 2 lbs a week is too much then; they were only giving my 1320 without any exercise incorporated at all...I am going to recalculate for just 1lb a week weight lost.

thanks, i noticed I haven't been hitting several food groups...I am on the go alot, so I tend to resort to granola bars and the such while I am driving. I will definitely try and incorporate more food groups!
