I have just treated myself to a Nike Fuel Band, Does anyone else use this gadget and is it accurate? How do you transfer the calorie loss on to MFP? Can any one shed some light?

I just got weighed for the first time, joined 7 days ago and today I have lost a whopping 10lbs, I know its my first week but very pleased, I must say loving MFP. Look forward to next weeks weight loss.
