Would like to hear discussion on the comparison. I use 2% but I am concerned that I may be missing some nutrients.
Arggh, Food diary reflects calories saved by exercise, but not weight training. how many years will it take for My fitness to calculate calories burned from weight training?
I recently suffered a cross training injury, ie playing on the monkey bars....dropped down and pulled my shoulder and hip out. Going to the chiropractor now to get realigned....his idea using the cross training injury. So how did you get injured....please tell us your story....

If I weigh myself in the morning, I am 4 pounds lighter than in the evening. Why is this? Any thoughts? I am curious.
