Sugar Intake
Just after a bit of advice on my sugar intake weekly totals on MFP. My weekly sugar levels are about -200 (in the red) - this happens most weeks. This is due to the amount of fruit I eat. Is this harmful to me losing weight? Or is it ok because it is natural fruit-sugar? thanks
