Hi all. 41, in the Uk with three kids and weight just going up and up. I seem to have not posted everything I wrote..baby brain already! Food is my enemy at the moment, I can barely face most things and have to eat exactly what I want or else I'm sick for the rest of the day! Ugh...can't wait for this bit to pass and get back to healthy!

Thanks for replies. Checked settings and think diary is open. I have been running for a while but I love it and get an enormous achievement from it. Never used to be able to run at all. I'll check out pics but clothes just fit exactly the same so doubt there'll be any difference. It just makes it so hard to stay healthy…

I never lost any weight until I stopped breastfeeding at 10months. I tracked all food and walked miles every day and never dropped a lb until I stopped. It's SLOWLY shifting now. Sorry no advice just to say I was the same.

I didn't fast when breastfeeding but I had two very healthy days sticking to 1200 calories and ate normally the rest of the week and started normal 5:2 again when I stopped feeding completely at 10months (he got teeth, haha)

I'm back on the 5:2 now as well after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ready to shift some serious pounds! Good luck to everyone.

Thanks everyone for all your replies and I'm glad I'm not the only one doing this. I never used to do this at all, I was so clean and good with food but some days now I just feel out of control. I keep saying tomorrow is a new day but then I do it again. I've redone my TDEE as one website said it was almost 2000 but MFP…

Sorry, yeah I didnt write that out properly (at work and shouldnt be online)! BMR is 1530 and TDEE is 2100. Cool, thanks for giving me those links. Well that's a helpful tip, I wasn't expecting - but I will eat some more now! Fabby - happy Friday or what. Thanks again :smile:

I'm not petite at all, I am medium build, 5"5'. I count back calories on the cycles and jogs but dont bother counting the calories for any squats/crunches or the yoga. I don't feel that I am all that active. Although my cycles are quite long, they are not hard-going as it's with my 6-year old son - so need to keep a steady…
