It's almost the end of week 3 on a plateau for my weight loss. I have been drinking a ton of water trying to flush my system and I promise I am logging and eating at a calorie deficit (although I do not log on MFP). Tomorrow will mark 4 full weeks of exercising/counting calories, yay (I'm proud because after many failed attempts I think this is the longest I've stuck with any weight loss effort, ever)!
