Info about row machine, please?
Is the row machine more for cardio or specific muscle strengthening? Wanting to work on abs and lower back, but not sure if this machine will help...any info greatly appreciated.

So far this year...yes, I know it has only been 11 days...I am very motivated and doing well. However, I know myself all to well. I get going strong for a month or so and then start to lag off....missing the gym here and there....having something "special"...just a bite...etc. I am looking for a group of supporters on here…

Eating the recommended 1200 calories..now what?
I have been eating the MFP recommended 1200 calories, but haven't lost this week...a little frustrated at the moment. I have worked out only twice this week so far...20 minutes cardio, weights and situps. Not thinking my metabolism is at is strongest...any ideas as to how to boost it to lose?

I am working on losing a total of 50 lbs by June of this next year....that is, of course, if we make it past December 21st...LOL. Anyway, I am new to the site, so hoping to get some advice and input on results from using it. Thanks.
