Going to keep myself accountable!
So Day 1 is almost over (with success so far!) I'm inserting one pre-planned cheat day, because my friend is having her birthday party and I think I might be one of 3 people showing up and there will be food. Lots of food. I need more strength, but I have bad wrists...
I would like to start lifting to work on my strength. I need it for my chosen profession (metal sculpture) but I'm 99% sure I have carpal tunnel and I want to make sure I don't injure myself. I've never lifted before and I was wondering if this awesome community has any tips. Thanks!
