You're telling me. Most of the time no one asks if I want food. In the last four days I've been offered two cokes, a cookie, mcdonald's and a trip to cold stone. Stahp, guys! This challenge is making me cook a lot more though. I think that's pretty good. ^_^ Day 5, START!

To me 'fast food" specifically is drive-thru. Pre-packaged box food is call pre-packaged. Don't take this as science, because I'm not a nutritionist, but as someone who ends up eating everything in sight in the end when I keep myself from eating anything cheaty-- your birthday is a good day to have a cheat day! Just don't make it a cheat week and I think you'll be just fine!

My goal for february is to start eat at least three salads a week and replace at least 2 sodas with smoothies and water!

I'm at a range of 200-210 (my weight fluctuates like no other...so I tend to think of myself in ranges of 5-10lbs) and I want to get down to 160. I've lost 5-10lbs since I started, but I'd like to actually get down to my goal and feel like stairs aren't so hard! I'm with you!
