Back again, better than before

I bet I have an intro post somewhere from years ago, but now I'm back and I'm in a better mindset to succeed. I started at 9Round a month ago and the feeling I get from exercising I enjoy is amazing. I think I'm driving my friends crazy talking about it. I also had a mental shift about food (I love food) and no longer crave cheetos or donuts while I'm out and I'm making a lot more whole food meals without packaging. I'm looking to become strong and lose about 87lbs sometime in the next year or so and keep it off through lifestyle change.
I still don't fully understand macros, TDEE and BMR and I need to learn how to use my food scale, but first steps have been taken!

you don't really have to, MFPs guided setup does all the math for you.
