Hello! From Edmonton
So glad I found this! Just finished my free trial of beachbody on demand and will continue with it. I’m enjoying the variety of programs and am a week into 21 Day Fix Extreme. Have used Jillian Michaels programs but plateaued and was getting bored. Would love to hear what others are up to as well!

Week 10 day 2
I still struggled with workout 10 today - especially the jumps with weights. Anyone else out there on week 10? How did you find day 2? I can't believe I'm almost at the last set of DVDs.

Week 13 day 1
The best thing about three-part push-ups is that regular ones are easier in comparison!!! I wasn't feeling well today but pushed through anyway. Is anyone else doing week 13?

Week 12 day 6
I went through the week thinking that I was at the end then flipped thru the fitness guide yesterday and gasped .... There's a WEEK THIRTEEN?!?!?!?!?! Nooooooooooooooooooo

Week 11 day 1
My word ... This one was rough for me. It's like she took every movement I've struggled with over the past 10 weeks and packed them all into one session. Crab kicks, weighted lunge jumps, and oodles of planks, down dogs, and push-ups. So glad I made it to the end! Is it just me or was this a beast?

Week 10 day 6
Ran outside today instead of cardio 3 dvd. Beautiful day! And I'm looking forward to the new 11 and 12 workouts this week.

Week 9 day 6
This was a tough week! Days 4 and 5 were better than 1 and 2. I find these workouts tougher to follow without starling at the tv - I don't know if "hold" means keep doing the movement, stay in the position, or pause for the next exercise. Liked the challenge of these sessions best of all - especially cardio 3.

Phase 3 and post-JMBR plans?
Today I start phase 3 and I'm starting to plan for what I'll do at the end. I'm debating another program like P90X3 or Insanity, or the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (Tom Venuto) intro fitness plan, but it's a toss-up. Repeating JMBR with heavier weights is an option for later this year - I think I need a few months off…
