Has anyone done trx?ive heard conflicting reports on whether or not it's good for beginners.My gym offers a 45min class but you have to sign up half an hr early.im looking at this as an alternative to kettlebells and traditional weight lifting

hi everyone i dont like to do free weights. my gym offers body pump and i was thinking of taking it 2 times a week as my weights.do you think thats a good substitue to free weights?

i read the elliptical will tone and firm your butt.i found an app that tells you what resitance to set and stuff.Will just regularly using the eliptical on a normal program tone my butt or do i need a special program?
