hey everyone i weight myself on fridays. i used to use my gym scale it was digital and i thought to be accurate but i switched gyms and they have a traditional scale. i was weighed yesterday and it said 161 down 2 lbs. i weiged myself this morning on my home digital scale which was accurate before it said i was 163 and i hardly ate yesterday due to tummy issues and took an intense class and burned 700 calories so i find it hard to belive i gained 2 lbs back in one day. what scale do yoy guys think i should go by or should i buy a new scale?

Just stick with your home ones if you've been using them before. Different scales will give slightly different readings. The scales I use at uni say one thing and the scales I use when I'm at home for the holidays say another. As long as you follow the changes on one it doesn't really matter - as you say it's only 2lbs difference, which isn't much.0

Just use one scale for tracking progress. Don't compare between scales. It is possible you had a swing from water weight or if the "tummy issues" caused a delay in the "pipeline".0
