Stuck, any advise?
I'm 45, 5'4" tall and current weight 158. I exercise 5 days a week, running, elliptical and stationary bike. Each workout last between 30 min to an hour. I keep my food intake to around 1450 calories. I've been stuck here for about 2 months. You guys always have great advise, I'm hoping you can help me. What can I do to…
