6'5" --280 lbs, hr 160-180 (not normally this high but whatever) took me 73min (had to pause occasionally, i was ready to fall down) did the bounus round. calorie calculators telling me 1366, i find it hard to belive although it felt like it. thinking i'm gonna drop it to 1000 calories burned. any thoughts?
tell me if this sounds right: jump rope 200x- 106 calories jog (12min mile)- 24 min--406 cal walk briskly-25 min--202 cal body weight squat-100x-5 min--50 cal push ups-100x--9:29min--155cal sit ups-200x--9:20min--156cal burpee-100x--9:47min--155cal just did this work out computers telling me i burned over 1200 cal in @87…

starting tomorrow 12/14. doin fit test soon .looking for any friends to chat with keep up motivation. turning 40 wife left me w my son feel like hes more important than me. quit smoking and drinking now to lose some tonage. sounds rough, couldnt be happier.
