Confused on Weight Loss/Gain...
So I'm a little confused. Mon-Fri I do Intermittent Fasting (16:8) and exercise 5 days. I weight myself daily (just for the heck of it) and it shifts 1-2lbs (157-158lbs). I'm tossing around the idea of sticking with IF. I eat from 11a-7p and then fast the other 16 hours. I would like to know if any "real world" people have done it and what were the results. Thanks!
