I had to take a link out of my wristwatch because it was way to loose. Why can't it all come from where the majority of the fat is???? Just a thought.

New here.
I am looking for some help with this journey. I am 32 and weigh 214. would like to get down to 185. My biggest problem has been how much i eat. MFP makes me feel like I can really do it as long as I log everything. Fitbit helps as well to let me eat more calories after i burn them so I don't feel like I am starving.
