I got a bike in February. Did 34 miles on Easter and was sore for 3 days. This past Saturday I rode 50 miles an was only sore for a half hour. I have a 70 mile fun ride in June I am getting ready for. Just dropped below 200 last week. Congrats on your loss.

If you are building muscle you might not see a loss in your arms. I lost 20lbs and my arms stayed the same size.

8 weeks, 4 inches gone from waist.

As your body weighs less you will require more exercise to maintain the same weight loss rate because you are not carrying around the pounds anymore. Good job. If you are building muscle you might not loose at the same rate. But you will eventually burn more calories per day if you have a little more muscle.
