I got a bike in February. Did 34 miles on Easter and was sore for 3 days. This past Saturday I rode 50 miles an was only sore for a half hour. I have a 70 mile fun ride in June I am getting ready for. Just dropped below 200 last week. Congrats on your loss.

Went to the gym twice today.

Vivoactive is awesome. Its really quick to start exercising. Waterproof GPS built in. And you get some notifications.

Yesterday I ran a 6 minute mile on the treadmill without walking part of it. :)

I used to have them synced but have since disconnected them. I have a job where I am standing all day and when all those steps get entered into MFP it was giving me way to many calories. I still use both. The Fitbit helps on off days to make sure I get enough activity in for the day. MFP really is the best thing I have…

If you are building muscle you might not see a loss in your arms. I lost 20lbs and my arms stayed the same size.

8 weeks, 4 inches gone from waist.

Log everything. My biggest problem is volume. The amount of calories I was consuming is ridiculous. Knowing is half the battle.

As your body weighs less you will require more exercise to maintain the same weight loss rate because you are not carrying around the pounds anymore. You could get a weight vest with how much you have lost and wear that all day long and the scale should start moving again. Sometimes if you change your activity level then…

Good job. If you are building muscle you might not loose at the same rate. But you will eventually burn more calories per day if you have a little more muscle.
