Overall, I am two inches smaller than I was a month ago, when I last measured. I measure my neck, arms, chest, natural waist, pants waist, hips/bum, thighs and calves. Funny thing, I gained in my band size but lost in the cup size for my chest (I expected the cup change since I stopped breastfeeding). Perhaps it has something to do with my TRX workout and retaining water? IDK. But I lost everywhere else except my arms. It's only a half inch here, a quarter inch there, but still... makes me super happy since the scale went up a couple pounds because it's almost *that* time of the month and I'm feeling super bloated and gross.

:drinker:

Congrats! Keep it moving in the right direction. I love inches off more than weight loss. Your clothes start to fit better and you start to feel better. God Bless!

If you are building muscle you might not see a loss in your arms. I lost 20lbs and my arms stayed the same size.

Thanks for the support!! I know not to go by the scale, but it does get a little discouraging when the number doesn't move, so it's especially nice to see these numbers :)

I would love for that to be the case, but I'm working at a deficit... I imagine I'm improving the condition of my muscles, but building- I'm not so sure. "Bingo wings" seem to run on my moms side of the family, and it may just be something I'm going to have to deal with, although I figure they'll get smaller as my muscles start to burn more fat. I only recently started back up hitting it hard at the gym (Sept and Oct I was only able to go 2x a week, if that) so I'm anxious to see how things progress. But thanks for the input!
