I'm gonna allow myself three nights where I can have a drink - other than this, no booze at all. I could replace my cheat meals with these? The clean eating thing though - no probs, looking forward to it!

I've been training for over 6 weeks now for my first race - 10k this Sunday for Cancer Research. I will having been training for 7 weeks. I can now run 11.25 k in 71 mins!
