Hi everyone, Ive been on MFP for many years, most of which I was awsome at - working out 5-6 days a week (before work at 6.00am) and logging everything and eating healthy. Not reaching calorie goal but dont seem to be hungry
Ok this is a weird one. I dont get why this is happening at all. Im a lacto-ovo vegetarian and for the past 2-3 weeks, I seem to be eating all I want, to my heart (and tummy's) content and still dont seem to get finish all the calories I need to have. MFP has me on 1470 + exercise points but most days I dont even net 1200…

Run Melbourne 2013 - any Melburnians here??
Just decide to do it. Never done a fun-run before but have registered and will be doing the 5km walk. Pretty excited and its something Ive always wanted to do (never been fit enough though!). Please let me know if you are doing it too - training/motivation buddies required :) Cheers!

Why doesnt strength training count?
Im wondering why the calculator on here does not count the energy spent/calories lost while strength training? Why just cardio? Im not someone who knows a great deal about such things so thought I would ask. I do cardio 3 x times a week (30-45mins) and strength training 2 x times and am looking to lose about…
