Im wondering why the calculator on here does not count the energy spent/calories lost while strength training? Why just cardio? Im not someone who knows a great deal about such things so thought I would ask.
I do cardio 3 x times a week (30-45mins) and strength training 2 x times and am looking to lose about 10-15kgs(22-33lbs).
Please add me on! I am new to MFP and am looking for friends![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
