Why am I experiencing no weight loss at all?

Took a kickboxing class tonite!
I took my first kickboxing class at the Y tonite. It was HARD. Everyone else was in hella shape and had been taking the class for a while. I felt really out of my element but I did it. I think I might wait until I lose a little bit more weight before I try it again. I'm more of a yoga/Pilates/ballet type gal ;)

Hello. I'm new here but not new to this journey. I'm 10 lbs. heavier than the last time I attempted to lose weight. I'm frustrated and angry. I have a hard time losing weight and almost never see much in the way of results for all of my efforts so I lose my motivation. But I'm going to try again.
