The holidays and sickness threw me OFF!

AGH! My kids got sick (the FLU) over the holidays.
I caught it and also got pneumonia. And we all know that when you're a Mom, you don't get any sick days :(
Then the hubs starts to feel bad. Great. So I'm taking care of a 13 yr. old and a 5 yr. old, both with fevers, and my hubby all while being sick with the flu & pneumonia myself. On Christmas.
I wanted my Mommy!
We're all okay now, having finished all of our antibiotics & Tamiflu.
But even being sick didn't help me lose weight. And healthy eating got a bit derailed.
I'm back on-track with tracking my food/calories/water now but feeling pretty crummy about losing ground in my weight loss.
If anyone has any words of wisdom for a mom running out of steam, please feel free to enlighten me :)
