The Biggest Loser!
There have to be a few Biggest Loser fans on this site. If you are, which trainer would you want to work with and why? And who is your favorite/are your favorite contestant(s) this season? I'd want to work with Jillian because I know she would never let me slack off... Ever. And she has a really kind heart (it's hard to…

Overnight Oats!
I love overnight oats. I'm a college kid without more of a kitchen than a mini fridge and a microwave, so overnight oats are a godsend. My go-to is strawberry banana, but I'm looking for some other recipes. I know you can add literally anything under the sun to them, but I'm wondering what some of your favorites are?

In a nutshell, it's this app that you listen to while you run that simulates you being chased by zombies. You're being spoken to (over headphones) by some "people" back at the…

Anyone else hate eating out?
As much as I love going out to dinner and such, I have a constant fear of not knowing the (almost) exact amount of calories in my food. I always find myself eating barely anything throughout the day if I know that I'm going out, or exercising way more than I usually do. I know that's bad, but I can't really help it. Anyone…

Candles!
I've found that one of the best tricks to ward off cravings is to burn really yummy scented candles whenever I feel like I need to eat something sweet. I burn a few of the same ones at a time to make it pretty strong smelling (usually chocolate-y or vanilla-y ones) and after a little while, I start to not crave sweets as…
