Candles!

I've found that one of the best tricks to ward off cravings is to burn really yummy scented candles whenever I feel like I need to eat something sweet. I burn a few of the same ones at a time to make it pretty strong smelling (usually chocolate-y or vanilla-y ones) and after a little while, I start to not crave sweets as much! I've noticed that when I don't do that, the cravings are much worse and last a lot longer.

Does anyone else do this?

    Hmmm interesting. I have a candle that smells like fruit loops. Next time I'll see if this works.
