am i the only one who licks my plates clean. i mean literally lick the plate like it's my last meal ever! my thinking is if i'm allowed this many calories, than dammit, i'm eating ALL the damn calories!! haha LOL just wondering. i feel silly too, and it just makes me laugh.

strength training
does anyone know how many calories are burned during strength training? i have been strength training, but have not logged the calories burned, cuz i simply don't know how to calculate it. I usually walk/jog for 20 minutes first and than do my strength circuit. any ideas? anyone? :) thanks.
