Hi, now i have lost 11lbs do i need my daily calorie intake changing??.. i am set at 1200 at the min

I know im silly but.....
MFP says my BMR is 1327, on my goals page it says cals burned from day to day activities are 1660, please would someone explain what these both mean.... i know im being derrrrrrrr!!!!!

Hi, im doing Hannah Waterman dvd, its in 4 20mins sections, its a mixture of cardio, boxercise, toning and an abbs workout, should i just put this under general aerobics??

Will MFP adjust this as you start to lose weight and reach goal?

My bmr is 1327, my cals allowance to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week is 1200, is that correct, its late, and im tied sorry guys!!

MFP settings
My hb2 has just signed up, wants to lose around a 18lbs, he is 5 7ins and 196lbs, it has been set to 1200 cals, that just seems low???... he will be running 3times a week, for 40mins, so he will HAS to eat exercise cals burnt dosnt he!

Ive got 1200 cals... Now i know i was a pig before i started, just seems low? Ive got to get used to eating the right foods to stayer fuller for longer, any tips for me please
