My hb2 has just signed up, wants to lose around a 18lbs, he is 5 7ins and 196lbs, it has been set to 1200 cals, that just seems low???... he will be running 3times a week, for 40mins, so he will HAS to eat exercise cals burnt dosnt he!

that's just how much he can eat if he sat on his *kitten* all day and he would lose weight. but when you add the exercises into your diary your calorie intake will go up too. for example; my calorie intake is meant to be 1200 but i got an extra 900 calories put on from what i had burnt off. just make sure he eats lots of protein cause that will fill him up.0

As a fellow Geezer, I have been set at 2100 ish...... Most of the females on here try to hit 1200........ Did he put in the correct sex??0
