Anyone know what happened with....
That girl last night who created the post about killing herself? Before this gets reported or anything, I'm not supporting it or looking to stir things up about it. It's just I've been there and know a lot of people who have been there too. I was worried about her last night and was still thinking about her this morning.…

Exercises for those with knee injuries?
My husband got a knee injury that resulted in the structure of his knee being destroyed. He's had 3 surgeries, but now he can't really do the same programs I'm currently working on, and he'd like to start doing something. Does anyone know of some good workouts he could do at home? Sleeping better?
I've always heard that exercising regularly will help a person's sleep. Have you found this to be true? If so, how long did it take? I've been at this for about 6 weeks now. I saw Gaiam Slim & Tone Kettlenetics, and it got some good reviews. I want to know if any of you have had any experiences with it. It…

Any tall and/or long-legged folks doing the Wave?
I've been working a lot with my Wave, but I don't feel like I'm getting 100% of what I could be. If I stand so I'm in proper form for the non-beginners, I have to have my feet hanging part way off the side of the Wave or else I'm either not in proper form or I'm barely moving due to my feet being so close together. Does…

Working weights into my workout?
Last week I started up on working out again. In the late summer/early fall, I was doing P90 (starting out slow since I read P90X will kill a person if they're not used to working out!) and found that I was more often than not skipping the sculpting days. I loved the "sweat" parts, but never found the "sculpt" portion to be…
