Is it ok to weigh every day?
Some websites say not to weigh more than once a week....other websites say to weigh daily if you have a big goal...which I do. How do you know the best approach?

Recovery Heart Rate
I did cardio today and got in my target heart range ~146 beat per minute. After 1 minute of rest I had dropped to 115. After 2 minutes I dropped to 109. Some websites say this is "excellent" and others say this is "average". Does anyone know how to interpret this?
