Fitbit vs Samsung Health step count
Just went on a walk. Fitbit calculated 1211 steps, and Samsung had 799 steps. I tried to test yesterday. They seemed spot on when I would take 20 or 40 steps. Fitbit says it is automatic set up. Anybody know if 1 I more correct then the other based on their own usage from these 2 devices?

Fitbit calories
Does anyone actually eat the calories that Fitbit tells you to eat? I mean if I did, there is no way I'd lose weight. In fact, I would gain.

Slow weight loss
Hi all- I'll try to make this as short as possible. 5 years ago, I started myfitneespal and lost almost 100 pounds in a year. I went off the diet and maintained well for 6 months and then started gaining back. Went back on diet and lost about half of what I had regained (10 pounds out of the 20), and then plateaued. I…

I keep deleting but then it comes back. Any idea why it's doing this? Ususally if I exit and come back it is correct but today it is not working.

Polar H7 & ICardio & Android
HI guys, I have a question about the Polar H7 & ICardio app pairing. Specifically does anybody have it and it is paired working? I can't get the app to "find" my H7. I know it says that it's just a test, and you have to upgrade for the function to work, but If can't get it to work now, why bother buying it. Anyways, I have…

Calories burned on elliptical
Hi all- I'm sure this has been answered before, but if you could please indulge me. I'm confused on why the numbers are so different. If I use the elliptical for 20 minutes, MFP says that I burned 429 calories. My elliptical, which only lets me input my weight, says I burned 400 calories. My Polar FT7, which allows me to…
