Exercise calories not giving me calories to eat

So my exercise calories are showing a zero. I have 8475 steps in, but it is giving me a zero extra cals. Also, google fit keeps showing up trying to give me 77 cals. I keep deleting but then it comes back. Any idea why it's doing this? Ususally if I exit and come back it is correct but today it is not working.

    if you have google fit linked to your MFP account it will try and add the extra calories it thinks you will burn compared to MFP estimates. i would de-couple the device from your account and manually add exercise.
