Can we talk Pendlay rows?
Does everyone let it touch the floor in between reps, which I've heard you're supposed to? My problem with that is that I'm still using fairly small plates (10lbs) so when I set it down, it's too low, and I end up rounding my lower back at the beginning of each pull. Should I prop it up on some plates to raise the bar?

Recommend a tough blender
Reasonably priced, because I'm on a budget. My usual breakfast is a smoothie, and I usually add ice to them to get it nice and cold. But my blender died tonight! So I'm looking for a replacement. Any suggestions?

Weird dumbbell exercise - What are they doing?

Weird problem - too many showers
I'm currently showering twice a day. Once when I get up in the morning (I am not awake without a shower) and once after my workout in the afternoon/evening, because my skin looks for any excuse at all to break out so I try to get the sweat off as soon as possible.
