Keto and calories
Anyone have advice on how I can keep my cals appropriately low enough while getting enough fat? I'm trying to make sure I'm not just eating butter and cheese with no veggies, but it's still difficult. My BMR is only around 1800, so that means I need to be around 1300. Not much with fat being 9/cals gram. Thanks!

Google Recipes

BodyBugg SP
Anyone tried the BodyBugg, in particular the SP? Seems like a great way to really know exactly what you're burning vs. eating without all of this frustrating guessing.
