I started MFP in January and lost 14lbs of the 35 I want to lose rather easily. I have not lost a single pound since March 17th. I also have not gained a single pound since then. I am at about 1600 cals per day and eat back my exercise cals. Should I increase or decrease my calories? Is 1600 considered my "maintanence"…
Last week my long run was 7 miles. I felt awesome and I ran it in exact time I wanted, even with several big hills. Today, I ran a flat 8 and it was the complete opposite! My knees and hips hurt almost the whole way and I felt like I was dying pretty much from start to finish. Weather was comparable both times, my sleep…

Hello all, Heard of MFP from some friends and decided to try it out. Not sure how it all works yet, but looking forward to the journey! My 3rd child is 1.5 years old and I can't use the "just had a baby" excuse for all this extra weight :-) I am ready to dedicated time each week for ME in order to get healthy.
