Done with day 10. My motivation? When my 1st grader came home and told me she did 80 sit ups straight in gym today! The ego really took it hard, ha!

I take pepto before (caplets bc I can't stomach the liquid) I also put several in a baggie and pin it to my waist band so that if I get a code brown, as a previous poster said lol, then I can pop 2 and that usually makes it go away! Also- I think I was always a bit dehydrated on the long runs and have tried bringing…

Thanks!! I will keep all this in mind!

I'm in the middle of training for my 2nd half and I did 15 miles total this week. Will probably cap out at 25 miles per week...this is with 2 shorter runs during the week and one long run on the weekend. I do strength on the shorter run days too. I would love to add a 4th day, but life is just too crazy and I'm still…

I am on day 25 today. Level 3 day 5 and I have lost 8 lbs. I didn't take measurements but I know I've gotten smaller. I have collar bones now and some definition in my upper arms. I took first day pics and will post the results if I get brave enough! I use 5 lb weights for most stuff, except for the shoulder raise move on…

It'll be here before you know it! I hope you are in warmer weather than what we're having in the midwest! BRRRR!!!

I'm doing better than expected! I have been doing the 30 day shred since Jan 1st and am down 8 pounds!! I didn't take measurements but know I am losing inches just bc of the way my clothes fit! I have been doing ok on the mini challenge of not eating off the kids' plate...but it is hard to change that habit!!
-
That is a lot of running! Sounds fun!!
-
sounds like quite the week!
-
yay! That is the one I'm doing...just had a friend move to the city, so I'm traveling to hang out with her and run!

Hello to all! I am gearing up to run a half on May 4th in Columbus. This will be my second half; my first was in the spring of 2010 and between then and now I've had my 3rd baby and got my master's degree. I'm finally making time to get back to running and am looking forward to getting a PR in May!!
-
thanks for posting! I see a big difference! way to go!

my goal is to not snack off the kids' plates. i am so guilty of this...especially when I'm clearing the table. My excuse is that I don't want the food to go to waste!
