I used to be on weight watchers and I remember you could save activity points for the weekend on the new program and I was wondering if that could be the same with counting calories where I can save any activity calories for the weekend?
so I have read the eat clean diet and I am very much into losing weight the healthiest way possible. I need someone that has similar goals and would like to help support eachother. :)
