Calorie tracking rather than weekly weigh ins!

Hi everyone 👋🏻 I am looking to start a new challenge for whoever is in!
I would like to meet every Sunday and rather than “weigh in” I’d like to see how well we stuck to our weekly calorie goals. You can do a weekly summary on your MyFitnessPal pal and it will show your tally.
-That means if you binge or go over.. make sure to track everything best you can.
-Choose a real calorie goal based off of what you can accomplish (whether that is 1lb/week or .5lbs/ week or maintenance-since we are in quarantine this may help some). Also if calorie cycling works best for you adjust calories so your weekly total is your goal (this is for those who prefer a day higher in calories for indulging). Whatever works best and is most reasonable for you!

I feel like this can produce a more positive attitude each week rather than beating ourselves up for not dropping weight etc. I’ve always felt like it takes a few weeks for my body to respond to weight loss so this may help me stay on track.
Example of what your Sunday summary will look like:
Goal for week of March 30th-April 5th
Goal: 1450 calories Summary: _____
